 The hotel’s elegant 130-seat Art Deco restaurant, La Rotonde, serves a delectable choice of international cuisine and traditional local dishes. Throughout the year, the restaurant features seasonal favorites. Our talented chefs, headed by Executive Chef Roman Paulus, enjoy the challenge of creating an unsurpassed dining experience for all guests. A lovely outdoor terrace provides informal dining in the summer months. Our popular Jazz Brunch is an enjoyable way to spend Sunday afternoons, while Saturday is family day and is filled with fun activities for parents and children. On Friday evenings, guests can dance the night away to the music of the 1920’s - 1940's.

The Czech gourmet guide, Grand Restaurant 2009, listed the La Rotonde Restaurant in 7th place among the “Top 100 Best Restaurants” within the country, in the same guide in 2007 was listed on third position.
